Omkarananda Institute of Management & Technology (OIMT) Rishikesh, Uttarakhand is an exceptional educational institution of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas and was founded by Paramahamsa Omkarananda Saraswati in July 1999. The first professionally administered institute of higher education in Uttarakhand dedicated to management and technology credentials and expertise; it continues its legacy of excellence in providing "value-based" education.

In 2005, the President of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, Swami Vishveshwarananda accepted "The Pride of Uttaranchal Award" for the outstanding contributions of the Omkarananda Ashram and its Charitable Trusts to the field of education, specifically in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand.

OIMT has a beautiful campus with state-of-the-art facilities, dedicated and experienced instructors, and fully-accredited courses. The MBA programme of the institute is affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (AICTE). The BBA and BCA courses are affiliated with HNB Garhwal University in Srinagar, Uttarakhand.
