Placement of the OIMT graduates into leading industries and quality businesses is the divine duty of the Placement Coordinator. The professional partnerships cultivated by Placement Cell personnel at  OIMT are critical: the student gets proper placement into a work environment that makes the best use of his or her individual skills and talents, the growth and development of the businesses are enhanced by providing them with quality employees, and the larger community benefits from  the company's increased ability to provide community members, whether members of the local or international community, with their specific product or service. 

Recruiters for numerous companies can find fulfilment for their requirements in a variety of ways: OIMT students can be placed for Live Projects, Research Projects, Summer Training, and of course, the all-important Final Placement. This flexibility in assignment options increases the employment opportunities for OIMT students and gives the businesses a "full-service" approach to employee hiring.

OIMT graduates are groomed for success academically, spiritually, and socially. Innovative courses at OIMT sharpen the presentation and communication skills in students, enhance their analytical acumen, and support their ability to work in a team.
